Our entire clientele is based in the medical profession, which allows us to become an extension of your office. Our staff is specially trained to have a clear understanding of the information needed to assist physicians and their staff to care for their patients.

While we operate on a large computerized messaging system, we choose to limit the use of automation in our message taking to provide your callers with a more personalized experience. For security purposes, we use automated HIPAA compliant programs to deliver information to our clients.

If you choose Debra’s Medical Telemessaging for your practice, there are no startup fees or contracts as we are a month to month service. All we ask, is that you give us five business days after receiving your completed paperwork to “go live” with your account.
